When is the deadline for me to submit my order for my next delivery day?
Sunday night at midnight for the next week's delivery. If you forget or can't get to the computer by Sunday night - don't panic! Please just call us or email us FIRST thing Monday morning. We'll help you get your order placed for the week. Back to top
Can I change my order later if I already submitted it?

What is a standing order?
A standing order lets you set a schedule for your deliveries. Choose a 7, 14, 21 or 28 day schedule. You may feel free to also come on and off that schedule as needed. We will bill week by week according to your specific order for that week. This standing order will save you time and allow you to schedule produce and products on your needed schedule. For example, you could schedule a Fruit box every other week and Mixed produce box on the opposite weeks. Then sit back and spend time doing other things that are important to you! Back to top
Can I order on an "as needed" basis?
Yes, you can select the "as needed" service. This allows you to order one week at a time. You simply let us know when you are ready for your next order by email, phone or reorderingon the website. Back to top
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before the weekly deadline. Please go to the
"contact us" page and send us your request by midnight Sunday. Also, call us first thing Monday mornings if you forget. If you fail to cancel a scheduled order, we will have to charge your account. But please call anytime you see an emergency arise! We will try to accommodate. Back to top
What if I am not satisfied with some part of my order?
At Off the Vine, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every product we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product you can request a refund or substitution on your next order. Simply notify customer service within 7 days of your delivery. Back to top
What are my lists?
My lists are a set of shopping lists containing grocery items that you have previously ordered or that you want to group together to make it easier and faster to do your shopping. For example, you may want to make a list for kids lunch items, a basic pantry list or or a special upcoming dinner party. To create a list: Find an item in our grocery list and add to your list. Create a name for this list and continue shopping. Back to top

What is the Standard Mixed Box?
The Standard Mixed Box is our most popular selection. It is a variety of 7-8 fresh vegetables and 4-5 fruits. Every week the most seasonal, best priced and local organic items are selected to go in each box. Always look on our Weekly selection - posted every Friday by noon for next week's selection. How does OTV ensure that I get the freshest products?
Well, that is our job! We order and receive produce sometimes hours before packing your boxes. We pack in a cool warehouse under strict cleanliness guidelines. (Yes - hairnets and gloves!) Produce is handled only once from the farm box to your box...whereas a grocery store can be handled up to 11 times before it goes into your grocery sack! Back to top
How can OTV be competitive with grocery stores?
By pre-ordering for standing orders we can keep our inventory tight!
We do not have expensive retail locations or employee layers that raise expenses like grocery stores do. We pass that savings on to you! We route all delivery routes efficiently in every area every week. Back to top
How do I pay?
We accept Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). OTV bills on a Monday or tuesday before your delivery day each week. All of our systems are protected and in secure encrypted files. We do not have any money exchanging at the points of delivery or pick up locations. Pay by check? Yes, when arranged you may pay by check.

What about the delivery fees?
At OTV we separate the cost of produce from the cost of getting it to you.
We ask, "Does anyone really believe in "free delivery"? It is a major cost of the business and we choose to not "absorb" it into the cost of your food. We give you a clear cost in these areas. Most delivery fees to a single home are an average of $14.00.
We also have a "Good Neighbor Plan" that encourages neighbors and co workers to receive deliveries as a group and split the delivery fee among the group. A great way to form a local food group! Just form your group of 2 and up and let us know - we'll do the figuring and charges for each delivery! When you have 4 or more boxes going to one location - you'll have free delivery! Back to top
What is OTV customer referral program?
For each friend you refer to Off the Vine Produce, you can earn $5 credit to your account. Simply let us know the connection and we will give you a credit to your account when their first order is delivered or picked up! Back to top
What if I forget or can’t get to the pick up location on my delivery day?
Call us at 850-374-2181 as soon as you know! We will try to arrange another option. The produce is intended to be picked up in a 4 hour time frame. Our pick up locations and times are located on our pick up locations page. If a box is ordered by a customer and confirmed by OTV and then is not picked up by the end of the day, we will try to contact you first; however, the customer is ultimately responsible for the charges for that order. Produce boxes left and not retrieved are usually donated to a local food bank or shelter by noon the day after your scheduled pick up day. Back to top
